Marketing Manager
HOTYD LLC. is hiring a full-time Marketing Manager.
Job Duties:
● Conduct, formulate, and implement appropriate marketing strategies by identifying the
best method to attract customers and promote company’s services. 
● Work with managers to conduct marketing budget planning, prepare annual sales
forecasts to ensure profitability. 
● Analyze business developments and conduct market research while monitoring market
trends, prepare marketing progress reports on quarterly basis. 
● Oversee the production of marketing and promotional campaigns with company goals
and initiatives, including posters, flyers, social media graphics, etc. 
● Audit existing marketing strategies, then proactively share ideas and provide
recommendations with management to increase sales. 
● Hire, train and manage marketing interns and marketing specialist and marketing research
analysts.
Job Requirements:
Master’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field. Must have Six Months’ experience
as marketing manager, marketing associate, marketing analyst, sales associate, or related
position. Must be proficient with Google analytics and other statistical marketing
tools; Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel; Experience with
Search & Browse, Search Engine Optimization and Search Engine Marketing.
